Thank you for your Love Stories ♥

Good morning and Happy Sunday to you all!

There's a bit of snow on the ground here in New England but it's quickly melting away just as fast as it appeared. I've recently heard birds chirping so I know Mother Nature has her plans for Spring very soon! So stay positive ♥

I wanted to take a moment to say 'Wow and thank you'! I started the Love Stories feature months back and I was not sure how many people would be interested in sharing. I am going to always keep this feature up so if anyone is ever interested they can send me an email and I would be truly honored to share it with everyone. I think it's the most important part of a relationship... knowing how it all began.

If you missed any stories posted in the past I keep them all archived under the Love Story page. Below are all of these beautiful stories received in order.

If I can do it.. anyone can!

I completely without a doubt admire anyone who owns a sewing machine. I even admire them more if they know how to use it. Sewing machines always scared me. They look easy but they're little monsters (to me). I remember making a pillow of a pink pig back in Middle School. I attempted again to use a sewing machine a few years ago when one of my besties. It was a disaster and I had to take a couple steps back.

I'm not sure what came over me but tonight after I dropped Charlie off I took a ride to a fabric store. I walked around for what seemed to be an hour. I touched the different fabrics and fell in love with some pretty designs. I then walked over and picked up a sewing machine that is supposed to be E-Z. It's a petite one, cute and I didn't feel intimidated. I then brought the 3 fabrics to the counter and there was a pleasant woman who greeted me with a huge smile.

I explained to her I don't know what I'm doing but I want to make one of these. I then held up... a Circle Scarf! She smiled and said wow that's really cute. She then asked.. "Is that a bracelet". I said.. "It SURE is!" She smiled again and complimented on the cute little scarf style (score!!).  The woman was wonderful, figuring out how much fabric I needed.

Long story short, it took me over a half hour to thread the sewing machine. If you asked me to do it without directions I may not be able to but I think I got it down sort of. I wanted to share with you my first 2 scarves I made tonight ♥ I didn't take close ups because they're pretty sloppy, haha!

Love who you are.. and take back your life!

I'm very excited to say that tomorrow is Friday. Did you know? Sometimes I forget. I'll go through the day checking the calendar a few times and then there's this amazing peace that comes over me knowing there's one day closer to being free. Free from alarm clocks. Free from the urgency to finish something up.  ♥ Overall, I think you know what I mean. :)

I wanted to share this quote because I felt it was a perfect begin to what I'm going to talk about:

"Be yourself. Above all, let who you are, what you are, what you believe, shine through every sentence you write, every piece you finish." - John Jakes

For those who have known me my whole life they could agree that I've never been one for confrontation. Heck, I've never returned a piece of clothing or anything for that matter in my entire life. So I think that just goes to show I don't like confrontation in any way. I'm always been easy going and as much as I'd like to disagree people have walked all over me throughout my life. When it comes to people I loved being hurt I've always took a stand. Not for myself though, never for me.
I'm not quite sure what came over me these past few weeks. It could be because I've decided to stop taking a certain medicine and maybe my body is readjusting? Either way I feel amazing. I feel great, strong, powerful. I feel like Super Woman. Okay, maybe not Super Woman, but man.. I feel great like I could jump into a heated debate and win, hands down. Of course that debate would need to be something I know a little something about, haha.

Without details I've recently approached a topic that I felt strongly about in my day to day life. I'm standing my ground and it feels unreal. I've had to look in the mirror of few times to breathe and pinch myself, making sure that this confident woman looking back is really me. Well it's me. I hope I don't lose this will to fight for what I believe in.

I wanted to share this with you because I know there are a lot of people out there, not just women who are timid as I am. You get pushed over too easily and you avoid disagreeing and sharing your opinion because you rather avoid a fight all together. Well, just because you decide to stand up for yourself doesn't mean it comes with a fight. This is our life... OUR LIFE! We only get to run around it once. The decisions we make will change the ending and sometimes that goal needs to be in bright lights to be reminded every moment. I finally have a goal up in those bright lights and I'm not backing down or getting walked all over until I'm happy with the ending. When I say happy with the ending that means being happy with myself.  ♥

Love who you are, because you are beautiful. You are genuine.. you are unique.. you are YOU! Your life is yours plain and simple. This life wasn't given to you for others to make decisions for you. It wasn't given to you for others to tell you who you are, what you are, or what you should be doing. This is your life so you can be in charge of it. I think it's time we take back our lives! ♥ I love you all so much!

Don't ever forget

Too often we lose ourselves from a stressful day.
Just when we feel that we have control over the moment we're in.
We lose ourselves again.

Life is not always perfect.
Love can sometimes send us in circles.
But we keep moving forward and smiling.
Because we know that it will get better.

We just have to remind ourselves the strength we possess.
That our life is more important than anything.
That our love is unconditional.

Don't ever forget.
♥You are beautiful.♥

Sharing a Love Story ♥

My very lovely and inspiring friend, Garnet at Mining Garnet has shared her beautiful story with us. Her style is unique and I absolutely love that about her. Be sure to stop bye and visit her. Together we can spread the love
Garnet and Michael: A Backwards Love Story

Florist girl meets front end manager boy. They spend the next few months coyly chatting over cigarettes, perched near the outdoor Christmas wreath displays, while she desperately hopes her flirting isn’t too obvious. Both of them knows this road will lead no where, that no matter how caught up they get in each other, they are just too different and it will never work. Girl winds up praying boy will be the one to end it because she already knows that love is starting to creep in and she will never have the guts to walk away. Eventually the boy does.

Life goes on, years fly by, new relationships blossom and die; they grow up. And 3 a.m. one morning, after a risky combination of Sam Adams, curiosity and Facebook searching, suddenly there he is again.

Man meets woman. They start from scratch, stay up until all hours of the night re-exploring every inch of each others bodies, minds and eventually hearts. They save each other from themselves. Woman carefully helps take down walls that man has built taller year after year. Man lets woman in, helps make her feel alive, reminds her she can be anything in the world. She tells him that at this very moment, the only thing in the world she wants to be is his.

And her only wish is that she could go back to five years ago and console that girl. Tell her that one day this will all make sense and all the overused lines in the book about everything happening for a reason someday ring true. Tell her that fate or luck or the Universe will bring you two crashing back together at a time when you are both ready. Tell her that one day the boy who is causing your tears will be the man who wipes them away. Tell her that you two will still be as opposite as they come, but it will be the differences will make things interesting and keep things real. Tell her that you two will have nicknames and traditions and he will make you laugh until you can’t breathe. Tell her that they will be good morning kisses, back rubs, homemade dinners and surprises.

Tell her that for some odd f-cked up reason they will have to do this backwards, but breaking up at the beginning will be Worth. It.

You can visit Garnet at:

All stories will be archived here. We would love to read your story so if you would like to share please visit for details ♥:

Keeping a memory alive

It's crazy how just a simple few words someone can say will hit so close to home. I came across this pretty country tune If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away that was shared tonight. It's a great song with strong lyrics. I'm constantly telling stories to my friends and family because number one, I enjoy talking and number two I like keeping memories alive. That's one thing I've said over and over is that my memory is pretty clear and fully intact. I hope that I never lose that. I guess it's why I got into photography and take so many photos. I don't want to ever lose a memory and if I begin to forget I want to be reminded.

Every spring I go to the cemetery where my grandparents rest and I take out all the old flowers, roots, weeds and grass. I clean it all up and plant new flowers. It's been something that I've done since I was younger. After my Papa passed away my Memere and I would go and decorate where my Papa laid. After she passed away I couldn't stop. There's a few gravestones that are empty that are near my grandparents that I plant flowers at as well. One of the saddest things is a stone with no flowers. Sadly, some people don't have children which means their memories may have began and ended with them. Sometimes I wonder what kind of lives they lived. Perhaps, it's a memory I create of my own to keep their spirit alive.

So after hearing the song it brought these thoughts of my grandparents into my mind. I think it's really important to keep memories alive. I adore seeing photos of your families, special places, events and designs you're proud of. Continue doing that. Also, if there is someone that meant alot to you that is no longer here keep that love growing. Tell a story to someone whether you feel they may want to hear or not. Because they will care, they really will because whoever you're talking to loves you. I'm sure they can tell how important it is for you to share just as my friends and family let me ramble away.

Here's to keeping old memories alive and creating new ones with each moment. ♥

Sponsor Love ♥

Hello to all of you beautiful people and Happy Sunday! I've been very excited to share something new with everyone. After a few requests I received I looked further into having Sponsors on Love is Everywhere.

The reason I began writing was originally to get away from all the negativity there is in the world and shine the light on Love because it's truly everywhere you look. Give Love it's turn to be spotlighted for all to see. I guess I was hoping to open some eyes up a little wider sharing what I see through my life. Along the way I had made some amazing friends here and then more amazing friends and so on! I cannot believe how many lives this blog has inspired from all the positive feedback I've received over the last 6 months. As well all of you continue to inspire me daily, I can't even begin to express the gratitude and love I have for everyone.

I wasn't too familiar with sponsoring until I began researching and reaching out to others that have this. I think it's an extraordinary way to spread the love over other blogs out there. Let YOU shine because it's love that brought you to writing or taking photographs or the businesses that you have created.

You'll see a cute little icon on the top right that says 'Sponsor Love'. That will be the size of the icon (200x75). If you check out the Sponsor Love page it lists even more information. I'm looking forward to this new adventure and helping get the word out there for others.

29 Gifts: Day 6

"When you love people and have made a profound, positive impact upon the world, then will you have accomplished the meaning to live." ~Sasha Azevedo

Day 6: For the record it's quite windy here in New England, today. I saw tops to garbage cans in the street when it's not garbage pickup until Tuesday! It's sunny with blue skies but the ghostly sounds of wind hitting our windows send Peanut in a nuttso state! I have to say I love this wind!

Charlie and I took a little ride before he had to head on to his exciting late shift at work. We wanted pizza, so we grabbed a few slices. We were debating whether to eat at the restaurant or grab it to go. I told Charlie, "Let's grab the slices to go, then head to the park to watch things blow around!" He laughed and so we went.

We got to the park and there were millions.. okay I'm exaggerating.. but there were tons of Seagulls flying around. Charlie made a silly comment that they weren't Seagulls because they are only by 'the sea'. There they are just walking around the snow in search for food. Of course since it's freezing and the snow is covering the ground there was no food for them.

We finished eating the pizza and I told Charlie that I wanted to feed the Seagulls. The poor dirty birds were getting thrown around from the wind and all that they wanted was to fight over some food. So there I was just the person to give a hand. I threw to them all the crusts from our slices of pizza. They jumped or should I say flew at the offer ♥
