Timing in Life

Wishing you all a fabulous Superbowl Sunday. I am comfortable in pajamas on my couch with a bowl of chips & salsa. I'm going to continue being honest and admit that I'm also watching 'The Holiday' no yards or touchdowns in this movie!

Tomorrow  will be one year since a good friend of mine had left us. He was someone with amazing talent, one of most artistic people that I've had a chance of knowing. He was inspiring and supportive with a heart of gold. In High School Art was my life and there was a small group of friends that I shared that with. This small group was quite unique as each one of us had completely different personalities. That's what made the friendship so special since we all shared such a strong love for Art. I always wondered if we would have all been friends if it weren't for having Art courses together all 4 years.

It's all about timing in life I believe.. There's something that's stronger than us that brought us all together. For whatever the reason is. It's very comforting. Just as writing here has brought many of us together. I'm truly appreciative for this timing in life.

Things that I'm appreciative for that have recently happened:
*Reuniting with genuine friends that I've lost touch with over the years.
*Walking Peanut outside, tonight, looking up and see the sliver of the Moon laying down. It's so beautiful  and I hope the sky is clear enough for you to see it too.
*Receiving a 'Save the Date' to one of my best friend's Weddings this year.
*Finally getting the 'D' key for my laptop that has been missing since last summer that the cute little Peanut had removed.
*The 29 Days of Gifts. I have taken a few days off.  I've still been giving somehow each day but being apart of this project makes me second guess my every action lately making sure that what I do benefits someone in a positive way. It makes me feel amazing.
*Being with my cousin today as we saw an older woman with a cane unable to walk over the snow. My cousin stopped immediately as we both got out of her car and helped her.

With all of my love ♥
